There is not much to say other than this is the best sign ever made. Ever. This is the voice in the back of my head painted on a sign. It's pretty much how I feel at some point every single day.

So imagine my good fortune when I listened to that little voice while on a recent road trip to Warwick, NY, only to find myself parked right in front of best little pie place in the state. Oh my, what a discovery!

If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend that you give it a try. After you take a bite and taste the crust, you might even say it is simply the best little pie place…period. Handmade, homemade and fresh - How delightful.
These little devils will taunt you all the way home from the back seat. I had to hold myself back from pulling over a tearing into the boxes.
The Owners Host the 2012 Pie Eating Contest!
The owners, Leslie and Tom, are such wonderful people - And what a story. Before they had their shop, they started selling pies at a stand on the side of the road.
They told me about hosting a pie eating contest this coming June. Ummmm, yes please. Say no more. Well, there goes swimsuit season, right out the window. It’s time to start practicing!
